Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) will accept return requests for purchases within the first 14 days after delivery. Shipping discrepancies or products that arrive damaged must be reported to us via Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) Support within 5 business days of delivery in order to be eligible for a full refund.


Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) will accept your return request and approve it and you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). From this time, you will have 14 calendar days to return the item to us.


All products returned to Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) must be in original packaging with all original items (e.g.,machines,software packs, manuals, remotes, cables, etc.) that came in the box.


Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.


Part(s) must be returned in new condition, including: all components, manuals, registration cards and original undamaged packaging.

What should I do if my shipment arrives damaged?


Contact Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) as soon as you notice damage to your product. There are time limits to report damage to shipped products in order to be qualified for refunds, and refunds are not approved if damage is reported outside of these time frames. In most cases where a product is reported damaged or defective we will do our best to remediate the product, or accept a return if remediation is not possible.


Our Return policy is subject to change without notice but will not affect any purchase order accepted by us prior to the date of change.


What should I do if I receive a defective product?


If you purchased the product, part or accessory online at our website www.quazas.com, contact us via email(SALES@QUAZAS.COM) as soon as you notice the defect(s). If approved, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for shipping the defective item back to us.


What should I do if a product or accessory is missing from my shipped package?

How do I return a product?


Send us an email at Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) (SALES@QUAZAS.COM),Stating all items ordered,date of order,date of delivery and the problems encountered with the item and also include the RMA number issued to you.


From this time, you will have 14 calendar days to return the item to Quazaz (Newgrass Limited).


If you are provided with a prepaid return label, place it prominently on the packaging, and remove older shipping labels from the packaging. Prepaid return labels are assigned to a specific return. To make sure that you receive the correct refund, please do not include products(s) from other returns in the same box.


If you are not provided with a prepaid return label, please mark your package clearly with your RMA number, and include a copy of the RMA and order confirmation inside your return package. Use a shipping method that provides package tracking and ensure that the package arrives at our provided locations within the allowed return time frame.In some cases,we will come for the direct pick-up and exchange directly at your location at zero fee.

Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) cannot process your return credit until we receive the product(s) in our location. Product(s) received after the return period will be regarded as unauthorized returns. This includes refused shipments.


Can I return a product or accessory without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number?


No, We will not accept returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) for the specific order and item. Please do not ship items back without an RMA.


Do I have to pay for return shipping?

There is no charge for shipping returns back to Quazaz (Newgrass Limited). However, Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) does charge a restocking fee for certain returns. Please review our Refund Policy for more information.


Do I have to pay for return shipping if I want to exchange an item?


Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) does not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to order a different item or a different variant (e.g., color or finish) of the same product, you have to return the item and independently order the product you desire.


What is your refund policy?


When your return is received, it is inspected and matched to the product referenced in the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and the condition of the items is verified. Once this is complete, return credit is issued back to the original mode of payment, net of the restocking fee, if applicable. The credit should appear in your Bank account within 3-5 business days. The actual time for credit to appear on your account will vary depending on the type of payment used. Shipping and handling charges, if applicable, are final and may not be refunded in all cases.


Quazaz (Newgrass Limited) charges a restocking fee for returns of undamaged and non-defective products. The restocking fee is calculated as 10% of the purchase price. The refund you receive will be net of the restocking fee, and any applicable taxes.


Accessories and Parts typically incur a return shipping cost based on item weight.
